Winton Associates, Inc. Changing Name to Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors

Winton Associates, Inc., a capital advisory firm located in Cincinnati, announced today that effective immediately they have changed their name to Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors, Inc.

Winton incorporated in 1986, and has been the broker dealer affiliate of Rippe & Kingston Certified Public Accountants and Advisors for the past 5 years. This affiliation has been beneficial to the clients of both firms, allowing collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. The unique combination of experience and service offerings is one of the reasons for the name change.

“By aligning the names of both firms, we are more effectively communicating the broad variety of services we are able to offer our clients,” says Joe Rippe, Managing Partner of the Rippe & Kingston family of companies. ”Our broker dealer affiliate has always been a successful part of the firm, and by sharing a name we can enhance public awareness of this thriving relationship.”

While the name of the company may be changing, the personnel and core service offerings are remaining unchanged. “It’s important to note that we are not changing our brand, beliefs or core values,” says Don Feldmann, President and CEO of Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors. “We will continue to offer the same level of integrity and honesty while assisting entrepreneurial business owners with their investment banking needs.”

The name change, while effective today, will be implemented as a part of a new website and in other marketing initiatives over the next few weeks.
